The minimum rental period is usually two weeks. Do you need components for a shorter rental period? Talk to us! We will be happy to work out an individual concept for you with a shorter rental period to meet your needs.
A rental extension is possible at any time. The rental contract concluded with us only ends when the customer cancels the equipment.

As an option, all ACR units can also be equipped with a remote monitoring module. In the event of a fault, ACR can then connect to the system and specifically analyse the problem and initiate the necessary steps to rectify the fault.

The ACR Online Control Module is available as a separate component for integration into the rental equipment for most units. Data and commands are always transmitted via the mobile network.
The remote monitoring module monitors operation of the rental equipment around the clock. Depending on the model, settings can also be changed quickly via the corresponding module and faults can be both acknowledged and documented.
Termination is possible at any time in writing, with no specific formal requirements. We will coordinate and schedule collection of the rental components with you.
